Hanging weights are typically available within a week of drop-off at our processor, so you'll know your total cost quickly.
To ensure you receive a custom-cut cow, please claim your beef promptly when availability is announced. Once cattle are dropped off, we have a short window to finalize cut sheets if they haven’t already been submitted.
